Two Police officers in Fresno, California were riding their Cop Car on a routine patrol when they heard a very distressing cry. The officers pulled over and noticed a small, frail kitten stranded inside a narrow pipe. The pipe was too narrow for any of them to be able to get in, and the kitten was in the deep end.

Luckily they had a half-eaten burrito, so the officers came up with a clever trick to lure the kitten out. Check it out!
