This poor baby squirrel’s mom died just when he was days old, so he had no one to feed and nurture him and take care of him. When the people who spotted this squirrel took him home, they weren’t entirely sure what to do to help the poor baby squirrel.

The baby squirrel wandered in the house and stumbled into a den with a mama cat and her newly birthed baby kittens. Instinctively, mama cat realized the baby squirrel was alone and hungry and needed to be fed. Watch what she does to help the baby squirrel… Mind-blowing!

Once again proves how incredibly intelligent and caring cats really are. Better than most humans if I might add.

One such curious kitten climbed a cardboard box because he was curious to see where the quacking noises were coming from.

The kitten then fell into the box and found himself in the company of a dozen ducklings.

There is an age old saying / adage that goes “curiosity killed the cat”. I always wondered if there was any truth to that. So I set out to do my research on the Internets and here’s what I found out.

Curiosity DID NOT kill the cat, it just made the Cat stronger!

As evidence to back my claim and debunk the “curiosity killed the cat” myth / false saying, here are 9 cats that were insanely curious. Not only did these cats survive their ordeal, they came out of their situation stronger than ever.

1. “Are my paws made of Velcro? Only 1 way to find out.”

2. “Nope, no more Cheetos.”

Kitten and Baby Girl Bond Together After Surviving a Common Loss

When Scarlette Tipton – a 2 year-old baby girl living in California – contracted a rare form of cancer just few months after her birth, doctors had to make a very difficult choice to save her life. They amputated her left arm completely because the cancer was fast spreading up her left arm to the rest of her body.

Meanwhile, in another part of the State, Doc, a rescue cat now residing in a shelter, also lost 1 of her 4 legs to amputation. Doc was sleeping on the hood of a car to stay warm in the cold weather and in the process one of her limbs got severely burnt. Doctors were left with no option but to amputate the paw to save Doc’s life.

When Scarlette’s parents saw the story of Doc on the local news, they decided to something incredible for Scarlette. The Tipton family drove to the shelter and adopted the 3 legged cat.

Scarlette and Doc meet each other for the very first time!

You can see the brilliant smile on Scarlette’s face, at the moment she has met another creature who shares the same tragedy she went through as a baby.

Here's How Masha, The Russian Cat, Saved A Baby From Freezing To Death

Rather than take him to an orphanage, a mother who recently gave birth to a baby boy decided to abandon the baby instead. She placed the 3-month-old baby in a cardboard box and left him in the cold freezing winter streets of Moscow in Russia.

The baby had little chance of surviving, and was quickly freezing to death.

That’s when Masha, a long-haired tabby cat roaming the streets of Moscow found the baby. Masha knew what needed to be done. She hopped into the baby’s box and warmed him up with her body heat

The average cat’s body temperature is about 2 degrees more – and hence warmer – than that of a human’s.

Soon passers-by found Masha warming the baby in the box, and took both the baby and the kitty to a nearby hospital.

The baby has fully recovered and is living in an Orphanage. He owes his life to Masha.
